the bed was larger than anticpated when put together, but still looks great in my daughters rooom easy to assemble with clear instruction.
we bought this bed for the spare bedroom so just for the occ use. On building it up we found there were bolts missing and the end board was damaged so that you couldnt screw it to the sides. I phoned the company and they said they would get on to it and see that the replacement parts would be sent out. A few days later I recieved a new bag of bolts and screws but no end piece. I then phoned again and they said they would contact the supplier to get it sent out.So I waited and still nothing arrived so I called them again and I recieved the end piece the next day but when this arrived it had the same problem and was all scratched. I ended up getting my dad to repair the original end piece cause i couldnt be bothered with the hassle.But once the bed was made it looks great and have had no problems with it. The mattress is quite comfy.
