I was initially doubtful about buying a mattress online as there would have been no way to test it beforehand. However I have to say that this is such a comfortable mattress, firm but with enough bounce. I love it, and sleep much better at night now and struggle to get out of bed! I rate it but my partner is not so keen, although he's 14 stone and the mattress may not offer 100% support for him compared to my 8 stone. But on the whole for £100 quid you can't go wrong, so no regrets (sorry hubby!).

We bought this with http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003LHP540 and only used this one for two nights. It's a nice mattress, but we prefer something with a bit less give in it so we've slept on the other one since our first 'comparison nap'. The surface of this mattress is not only soft and squidgy, it's quite undulating - as close as I've ever seen to a soft furnishing rendering of a cloud. Maybe it would suit an angel! Almost like the inside of an egg box, only softer. Perhaps it's to stop you rolling off?

It seems to be a decent quality mattress, just not what we'd hoped for. Our two kids (6 and 3) currently sleep on it and they say it's very comfortable and cosy.
