This product is living up to our hopes! It takes a little getting used to as it absorbs practically all movement but it is very supportive and comfortable. When it was unrolled it had a slight 'chemical' smell for a day or so but that faded. I hadn't realised that I would need much bigger bottom sheets though (missed planning that one) and the existing double fitted sheets only just stretched over the corners and tend to 'unfit'! The twelve inch depth is also very heavy to move and tuck a blanket/sheet under - however, comfort and support more than makes up for this and I am considering getting another one for another member of the family - pillows are great too.
very impressed. needed a new mattress as our last spring one was busted. took a gamble on memory foam as we could put it in our spare room if it wasn't for us. i thought it may be too hot for me as i had tried a topper previously and was too hot. my wife loved it straight away and it take me 2-3 nights to get used to being a little hotter (i believe this is common) but now i wouldn't go back. for both of us we notice a deeper longer sleep probably due to less tossing and turning. highjy recommended.
