First off, the service from Comfy Living is good. Bed delivered within 36h of placing my order!
The only real gripe I have is that their "approx" measurements are way off the the mark. It states 180cm, and as the room this bed is going in only has 195cm of available space I had expected it to fit. Turns out the length of the futon I received is 200cm, meaning it doesn't actually go where I want it to! Have had to rearrange the room entirely and just suffer the fact that the door hits the bed on the way in. Not ideal.
Also, the wooden feet that come with the bed were poorly fashioned. The hole doesn't even match up on one side so I've been unable to attach them.
The price is good, the service was good, but the product itself leaves a bit to be desired.
I bought this as I am over visiting family and bought it as the price was good, and the comments where good, it is very very uncomfortable and not good as a bed the wood is not very strong and it feels very unstable, the mattress is not thick and when you are lying down you can feel the bars from underneath, I would not recommend this.
