Support and comfort is excellent. I work in the back care industry and would recommend this product as a replacement.
The effectiveness of a mattress for an individual is not an exact science. Unfortunately, only time can determine this. For this price, cost probably outweighs the risk of purchase. Try without a memory topper, then add if you feel it necessary.
It has not been tested for a long period, so no idea as to its durability. However, for this price I have no complaints.
