The item came on time well wrapped.
I left it to regain its shape, as it is normal for it, for transport purposes, to be all scrunched up and flat. within a few hours already it had regained its shape, but the recommendation was to leave for 24 hours. It did not smell terrible as some other memory foam products do and I was able to use it within 24 hours when other people left their toppers for 7 days. It comes with a thin washable removable cover but it must be covered by a sheet as any mattress would.
It is very comfortable, not unduly warm and so far I feel it is better than my existing orthopaedic mattress which feels now, compared to this, as a mortuary slab.
I would recommend this product and that seller as he was the most reasonable in price and delivery cost.

Fabulous for a good nights sleep and delivered promptly, great value
and comfort , reccomend this one to all who have bad hips /joints etc.
