I had spent time reading various reviews on memory foam mattress toppers and debated whether to get a 3" or 4" but, when I saw some sellers' reviews I decided on the 4" so I was sure of the depth. I shouldn't have worried with this seller because the depth of the topper was exactly 4" and definitely feels like it. I'm one of those who takes what some suppliers say with a pinch of salt and 'buyer beware' but believe what Bodymould tells you!
When the parcel arrived I was surprised at how large it was - it was huge and pretty heavy but solidly double-wrapped AND it came the next working day like a special delivery (no extra charge) AND I received a text message telling the hour in which it would arrive and this was spot on.
The mattress didn't smell too badly at all and I straight away remade the bed and laid the topper directly on the mattress, as advised, followed by a mattress protector and fitted sheet. This is where, perhaps, I should have gone for the 3" because then my fitted sheet (which is already extra deep AND an 800 thread count - so you know I like my comfort and sleep) just might have fitted! The topper makes the mattress really deep.
I had my first, luxurious honestly, night's sleep on it and woke up without the nagging back-ache which I have been waking up to for the last couple of months (thanks to a cushion-topped mattress/bed I purchase from Argos which, despite good reviews, felt more like sleeping on a bed of large cobble stones which also creaked loudly every time I moved!), and I am over the moon to have had some quality zzz at last!
The supplied leaflet explaining caring for the topper was spot on in terms of smell and being able to use it straight away - I didn't go to sleep overwhelmed by a strong 'chemical' smell at all which might have set off a headache otherwise (I am also a migraine sufferer) so I was delighted on that score too.
So if you want a fantastically comfortable and wonderful sleep I can heartily recommend both this product and seller! I don't think I will need a topper again in the future because I have one now (!) but if I did, I would order from Bodymould Mattresses!

The memory foam topper that I purchased for my daughters bed arrived on time and in perfect condition. It is a perfect fit for her small double bed. She is over the moon with it and even said she couldn't wait to come home from our Caribbean holiday to sleep in her own bed again as it is so comfy.
